HUNDREDS of Bristol residents, business people and celebrities attended an exclusive launch party for a new multi-million pound restaurant and bar at Cribbs Causeway recently (Tuesday, July 11).
Preview Bar and Grill, which is an independently-owned restaurant with public bar at The Venue, was officially launched by Corrina Wood from Bradley Stoke who was nominated by friends to be a community VIP for the night.
Corrina, who runs a special needs children’s group called ‘Fairplay’ and was nominated for her work with this project, declared the restaurant open with the help of Bristol’s famous female boxer Jane Couch, who is a Women’s World Welterweight Champion and BBC sport online columnist.
Manager Alex Demetriou explained: “It was a fantastic evening and it was great to see so many people turn out for the official launch. Our community VIP Corrina arrived in style by limo and did a splendid job cutting the ribbon with the help of Jane, who is a great personality.
“We had lots of positive feedback about the venue, our food and staff and several of thes business guests who attended are already looking to book events and parties with us, which is great news."

The restaurant is open seven days a week, all year around excluding Christmas. The public bars are open to diners and non-diners.
Alex added: “The Preview Bar and Grill has a full menu including steaks, burgers and fresh fish. All food will be freshly prepared on the premises and ingredients are sourced locally.”
